Cristina Benavent

Since the age of 4, ballet has been part of her life, and more than 15 years ago, she discovered her passion for teaching. 

Dance training  

-Classical ballet at Olga Roig Ballet School (Manresa). 1982-2002.  

-Classical and contemporary ballet at Centro de Artes Escénicas Escaena, directed by Carmen Roche (Madrid). 2002-2003.  

-Classical ballet at Víctor Ullate Dance Centre (Madrid). 2003-2006.  

-Numerous national and international courses with teachers such as: Menia Martínez, Rodolfo Castellanos, Orlando Salgado, Nancy Bielski, Elena Kunikova, Espen Giljane.  

Professional teaching experience  

-Centro de Danza Víctor Ullate: classical dance teacher (2007-2018). Experience teaching at all levels and repertoire. She has choreographed different choreographies for the school’s performances and has participated in the centre’s summer courses.  

-School of Russian Ballet Nazarenco: classical dance teacher (2018-2023). Experience teaching class and repertoire at all levels.  

– Guest teacher at various schools in Catalonia and Madrid.  

Artistic experience  

-Classical Company Arte 369, Madrid (2006-2007, directed by María Giménez).
