The High Performance Programme in Dance (PAR in Dance) is a training program for young dancers (between 16 and 22 years old) who want to make the leap to the professional world. For this we have an experienced team of teachers who have had a long career as principal dancers. Apart from the ballet classes in Barcelona (Terrassa), the programme is complemented with several of our own productions, masterclasses and access to the entire dance program of the Factoría Cultural de Terrassa.
35 HOURS
A week. From Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, PAR in Dance days include ballet, pointe, repertoire, pas de deux, variations, body conditioning, contemporary dance and rehearsals.
ON STAGE
Experience. It is essential for dancers to gain on-stage experience. For this reason, we offer the opportunity to participate in our productions, with more than seven performances throughout the course.
MASTERCLASS
With professional companies. During the academic year we receive visits from dance companies that give masterclasses to our students, in addition to being able to attend all the dance performances at LaFACT.
TRAINING
Individualized. We work with small groups to provide close, personalized attention, with continuous guidance for each dancer throughout the entire course. We have three spacious, fully equipped studios to help them develop their full potential.
PIANIST
Every morning, our students begin the day with a 1 hour and 45 minute class accompanied by live music. Professional pianists play the piano, bringing sensitivity, musical quality, and a unique artistic experience from the very first exercise.
PHISIOTHERAPHY
We have a Movement Science specialist and sports physiotherapist. Through the Movement Science subject, they help students better understand their bodies, prevent injuries, and gain tools to take care of their physical health throughout their artistic careers.
STUDIOS
Our students can continue using the studios after the day ends, free of charge, to keep rehearsing, record themselves for auditions, or work on their projects, making the most of the studios and support that PAR provides.
DANCE COMPANY
The dance company Factoria de Dansa opens exclusive spots for our students in each production. Those who wish can audition and, if selected, will have the opportunity to dance alongside professionals, experiencing a real production.

PRODUCTIONS
Productions are a fundamental part of the program and provide experience on stage. During the course, the following are performed: The Nutcracker (December), Choreography Workshops (February), Alice in WonderDance (March), Festa Major Dance (July), and the Summer Final Gala (July). In addition, new performance opportunities may arise throughout the course.
