Giuliana Mele began her professional career with Kitonb Extreme Theater, performing from a very young age on an important international tour. She later worked continuously with Spellbound Contemporary Ballet, performing at some of the most prestigious international contemporary dance festivals in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, such as FIBA Buenos Aires, SIDANCE Seoul, Biarritz Le Temps D’Aimer, and the Dance Inversion Festival organized by the Bolshoi Theatre, among many others. In addition, she has taken part in major company productions with internationally renowned choreographers such as Mauro Astolfi (resident choreographer), Daniel Ezralow (2014), Sang Jijia (2015), Dunja Jocić (2016 and 2022), Jean-Guilaume Weis (2019), Marcos Morau (2020), and Jacopo Godani (2024). She has also worked as a choreography assistant at the Staatstheater Augsburg and with Bern Ballet.

Alongside her artistic career as a performer, she carries out an intense teaching activity: she leads workshops to disseminate the Spellbound repertoire and teaches contemporary dance as a resident choreographer within the international DAF (Dance Arts Faculty) project.

The Masterclass attended by the PAR en Dansa students consists of a contemporary dance class structured around a warm-up and the study of a choreography during the session. This class offers students an insight into the Spellbound style in terms of technique, fluidity, and body control, guided by Giuliana Mele, a dancer from the company with an exceptional professional background.
