Choreographer and master Kevin O’Day will offer an open ballet class at PAR in Dance

Take out your agenda because on Saturday, March 22, we have the perfect plan! Choreographer and master Kevin O’Day will offer an open ballet class at 11:00 a.m. at PAR in Dance facilities (Factoria Cultural de Terrassa). This is a free class aimed at ballet dancers with an intermediate or advanced level between 14 and 24 years old.

Kevin O’Day, born in Phoenix, Arizona, is a renowned choreographer and dancer trained at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. He has been the artistic director of ballet in Mannheim and Karlsruhe, and Artist in Residence at the Mainfranken Theater Würzburg. He has created over 80 ballets for prestigious companies such as New York City Ballet and Stuttgart Ballet. He has also worked with iconic figures like Twyla Tharp and Mikhail Baryshnikov and has received numerous awards, including a nomination at the MTV Video Music Awards. In 1998, he founded his own company, O’Day Dances.

On the other hand, if you sign up for the class, you are eligible for a ticket to see the show of Carmina Burana on Saturday, March 22, at 8:00 PM. It is a production by the Dance Factory featuring several dancers from PAR in Dance.
