Director of the National Dance Company from 2011 to 2019, Star Dancer of the Paris Opera Ballet and 1999 National Dance Prize. In 1987 he won the Prix de Lausanne and in 1992 the Gold Medal in the Varna International Competition, being the first and only Spanish to achieve this distinction.

Kevin O’Day, born in Phoenix, Arizona, is a renowned choreographer and dancer trained at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. He has served as artistic director of ballet in Mannheim and Karlsruhe and as Artist in Residence at the Mainfranken Theater Würzburg. He has created over 80 ballets for prestigious companies such as the New York City Ballet and Stuttgart Ballet. He has also collaborated with iconic figures like Twyla Tharp and Mikhail Baryshnikov and has received numerous awards, including a nomination at the MTV Video Music Awards. In 1998, he founded his own company, O’Day Dances.

Alejandro Veirelles is a distinguished Principal Dancer born in Cuba, known for his exceptional talent and captivating performances. His journey in the world of ballet began at the prestigious National Ballet School of Cuba, where he honed his skills and developed a profound love for the art form.

He was part of the Ballet Company of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, under the direction of Amedeo Amodio and is a dancer at the Opéra National de Paris. Since then, he has participated in productions of classical and contemporary repertoire, working with the most famous choreographers of our century such as Pina Bausch, William Forsythe, Jiri Kylian, Roland Petit, Maurice Bejart and Carolyn Carlson.
