José Carlos Martinez
Guest ballet master
Director of the National Dance Company from 2011 to 2019, Star Dancer of the Paris Opera Ballet and 1999 National Dance Prize. In 1987 he won the Prix de Lausanne and in 1992 the Gold Medal in the Varna International Competition, being the first and only Spanish to achieve this distinction.

Rodolfo Castellanos
Artistic director, master and choreographer
Former dancer of the National Ballet of Cuba, he has shared stages with stars like Julio Bocca, Marcia Haydee, Vladimir Vasiliev, Alicia Alonso and Paolo Bartolucci among others. He has been guest ballet master at the Elmhurst Ballet School of Birmingham and the English National Ballet School, and he worked as a ballet master at the Royal Ballet School.

Alba Nadal
Artistic director, Master and dancer
Alba Nadal was born in Zaragoza and brought up in Catalonia, first with Olga Roig in Manresa and later on, at Institut del Teatre in Barcelona. She travelled to Madrid at the young age of twelve to continue with Victor Ullate, and finished her formation at the Royal Ballet in London. Since 2004 until 2019 she danced with the Royal Danish Ballet and now she is soloist at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe under the leadership of Bridget Breiner.

Kevin O’Day, born in Phoenix, Arizona, is a renowned choreographer and dancer trained at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. He has served as artistic director of ballet in Mannheim and Karlsruhe and as Artist in Residence at the Mainfranken Theater Würzburg. He has created over 80 ballets for prestigious companies such as the New York City Ballet and Stuttgart Ballet. He has also collaborated with iconic figures like Twyla Tharp and Mikhail Baryshnikov and has received numerous awards, including a nomination at the MTV Video Music Awards. In 1998, he founded his own company, O’Day Dances.
